BCTC enjoys fast times in Wilmington
Bull City Track Club runners hit the PR-friendly beach-to-boardwalk course in Wilmington last weekend. In the 16th edition of the race, a record 5,500 runners signed up for the marathon, half marathon, and 5k races.
BCTC finishers in the marathon included:

Not to be outdone, BCTC runners in the half marathon also ran great:

- Tom Kreger (3rd Masters Men)

Pablo Martinez-Oliva of Troutman, NC, claimed the overall marathon title in 2:27:27. Wilmington’s Ann Marie Pierce finished in 2:36:42 to win the women’s marathon. In the half marathon, Joe Maguire (Philadelphia, PA) won the men’s race in 1:06:59, while Courtney Drumm of Emerald Isle, NC, took the women’s title in 1:20:34.
