Training runs to help all levels of runners
BCTC is here to provide training opportunities with a focus on improving fitness and goal setting by utilizing camaraderie within a team environment. We believe this is the key component for consistency in training and progression.
Bull City Run Club
Join us on a run with Durham’s largest run club. Runs start from Bull City Running Company’s Downtown store every Wednesday at 6:00 PM.
Saturday Morning Run Club
Kick off the first day of your weekend with a group run. Starts at 8:00 AM on Saturdays from Bull City Running Company’s Downtown store.
Trail Run Sundays
All paces are welcome every Sunday at 8:00 AM at a rotating list of the best local trails that the Triangle has to offer. Check here for the next location.
Track and Interval Workouts
BCTC has two groups doing workouts on Wednesday mornings. Meet at the Al Buehler parking lot at Duke at 6:00 (early) AM or 6:30 (later) AM, or at the UNC track at 6:00 AM.
Membership is not required to join us for our regular runs, but if you continue to come and enjoy the benefits, we hope you will join the club to help sustain Bull City Track Club and our mission.
BCTC training runs are also a great way to meet training partners with goals similar to yours, or who inspire you to join your first 5K, half marathon, marathon, or more!
