The 2026 edition of the Cook Medical Beat the Heat 5K serves as the RRCA National 5K Championship. It’s a fast, competitive course with a fun, social, summer-night vibe. A great race for first-timers AND elite runners.
The Elite race has qualifying standards, and entry is capped at 30 men and 30 women. First come, first served.
