This is a Capstone Event\, and the race organizers are offering free race entries to any volunteers who sign up to be a course monitor for the Bull City Race Fest.  \n\n\n\nThe free race entry will be given to the volunteer after the conclusion of the race. The entry voucher is good for 12 months and includes any Capstone fall races as well as the Tar Heel 10 race in 2027 and the Bull City Race Fest in 2027.

SUMMARY:USATF NC Cross Country Championships
DESCRIPTION:The USATF North Carolina Association announced the return of the NC USATF Men’s and Women’s Open and Masters Cross Country Championships to the Central Children’s Home Cross-Country Festival. This year’s race is Saturday September 26\, Oxford\, NC. The NC USATF Championship competitions will be run simultaneously alongside collegiate entries in the Central Children’s Home Collegiate Invitational. Organizers feel combining the two events will create a more competitive field.  \n\n\n\n\n2:25 pm College\, NCUSATF Open and Masters Women 6km\n\n\n\n3:15 pm College\, NCUSATF Open and Masters Men 8km\n\n\n\n\nParticipation in the championship events is restricted to USATF members residing in North Carolina. \n\n\n\nIn addition to defending its state titles\, Bull City Track Club can earn travel reimbursement to national competitions based on its finish in the state association championships. SUMMARY:BCTC Summer Camp 2026
DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. THE CLUB DID NOT MEET MINIMUM ATTENDEES. \n\n\n\n\n\nBull City Track Club’s Summer Camp is back! This year\, the camp is at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in Black Mountain\, NC (see details and links below). It is BCTC’s signature running retreat and team bonding experience. Expect a great weekend of mountain running\, cooler-than-the-Triangle temperatures\, and other activities with your fellow campers.  \n\n\n\nRegistration details: The cost is $225 per person\, and that includes two nights of lodging\, dinner at the YMCA on Friday\, dinner in the team lodge on Saturday\, breakfasts on both Saturday and Sunday\, and other miscellaneous charges.  \n\n\n\nYour fee does not include lunch on Saturday or Sunday\, or any activities that might require additional costs.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAccommodations: BCTC has reserved Barnhardt Lodge at YCMA Blue Ridge (see details on this page). There are 16 bedrooms with an assortment of beds\, including double\, single and bunks. The lodge is equipped with soap\, towels\, sheets\, blankets\, and pillows. The lodge also has a full kitchen and a large common area with a fireplace. \n\n\n\nActivities: As a running retreat\, there will be running! The program will be arranged by BCTC and tailored to those who register. Details will be sent to campers as the camp dates approach. \n\n\n\nWhile we use the YMCA primarily for their lodging and dining facilities\, campers also have access to athletic fields; hoops\, tennis\, and volleyball courts; hiking trails; disc golf; cornhole; gaga ball; and more.  \n\n\n\nSign up now! We need 20 campers committed by May 28 to make this event happen. The club will refund your registration fees if we do not get at least 20 members. \n\n\n\nAdditional details\, including schedule\, running options\, and transportation plans\, will be provided in early August.  \n\n\n\nQuestions?
